Local resident Clive Evans led an informative walk around the estate for a group of 20 members of the St Albans U3A History Group on Wednesday 9th April. The weather was perfect and showed off Brentham at its Spring best. The group had lunch in the newly refurbished bar at the Brentham Club and were then shown the famous tennis courts, the preserved billiard room and climbed to the Tower Room for the magnificent view. This was the first of what we hope will be many events to raise funds for the Brentham Tower Restoration Project.
