Sited opposite the Brentham Club at the intersection of Denison Road and Holyoake Walk with Meadvale Road. 

Formerly known as Brentham Green, Vivian Green was named in honour of Henry Vivian, founding father of Brentham. A commemorative plaque was unveiled by his daughter, Barbara Norrice, during Brentham’s centenary year, on 22 September 2001. An inscription on the plaque reads: ‘Not “this house is mine” but “this estate is ours”’.
